Project Manager
Zel is a versatile Project Manager who brings 30-years of hands-on project experience to his work. He has managed complex, public construction projects, including an airport fire rescue facility. In addition to municipal work, Zel has been responsible for educational facilities, multi-family residential and retail. He has a special interest in sustainable design and works closely with clients to incorporate sustainability measures. Zel's work at Context includes a variety of MA projects, with a series of renovations to Chelsea's historic municipal buildings, a new Uxbridge Fire Headquarters, and police stations in Medford, Plympton, Newbury, and Bedford.
Zel, a registered Architect in Massachusetts, holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Cooper Union, and is a past winner of Architectural Record’s Cocktail Napkin Sketch Contest for his sketch of Casa Mila in Barcelona.
